1. General Information

Colling Vintage is owned and operated by Colling Works v/Carsten Colling.

Colling Vintage offers carefully curated vintage and design objects — primarily Scandinavian ceramics and glass — selected for their quality, authenticity, and aesthetic value.

All items are vintage and may show signs of age and use. Any notable wear or characteristics will be described as accurately as possible on the product page.

2. Pricing and Shipping

All prices are listed in Euro (EUR).

Prices shown in Japanese Yen (JPY) and Chinese Yuan (CNY) are approximate and provided for reference only.

The final amount charged will depend on the exchange rate applied by the payment provider.

Shipping costs are calculated individually based on weight, size, and destination, and will be communicated before the purchase is completed.

For customers outside the European Union (including Japan and China), prices are generally shown without Danish VAT.

Please note:
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Ordering and Payment

Colling Vintage operates on an enquiry-based purchasing model.

To purchase an item:

  • The customer sends an email to info@collingvintage.com including the product number, name, and delivery address.

  • The customer will receive a total price including shipping, along with a PayPal invoice.

  • The order is confirmed once payment has been received.

Payment is made via PayPal.

Items will be shipped only after full payment has been received.

4. Shipping

Items are shipped using reliable shipping partners.

  • All items are carefully packed, especially fragile objects such as glass and ceramics.

  • Tracking information will be provided when available.

  • Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping provider.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receiving the item.

To request a return:

  • The item must be returned within 14 days after your notification

  • The item must be returned in the same condition as received

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Please note:
As all items are vintage, natural signs of age, patina, and minor variations in colour or glazing are not considered defects.

6. Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 days after the item has been received and inspected.

7. Data Processing

To process an order, we collect necessary information such as name, address, and email.

All information is stored securely and only shared with relevant partners, such as shipping providers.
